Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Desiree Gems is proud to provide Free local delivery for all purchases
In-store pickup
Our in-store pickup hours are 12pm - 6pm on Tuesday to Sunday. Please contact Bernard +65 83881739 and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Desiree Gems is proud to provide Free International delivery for all purchases above S$1,000
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Desiree Gems is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bernard@bbxsoft.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our refund policy is only applicable for local Singapore customers.
We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 7 days, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
Unfortunately, for now due to inconvenient shipping and custom clearances, there will be no refund or exchange for Overseas Clients. Do review the item pictures or videos in detail before finalizing the transaction.
